Coaching Services

Cadence Coaching offer’s a number of different options that suit different individuals based on their needs for coaching. These are not limitations to the coaching you receive, but realizations of the amount to which coaching services are utilized. You pay for how much you use the services, and if you need them more one week, that is ok. I am fully dedicated to making each of my athlete’s reach their goals, no matter how much the pay. Some athlete’s use and seek that more than others, and the payment reflects that. Additionally, If you are a dedicated athlete but cost is inhibiting you from being coached, I am willing to be flexible with rates. It isn’t about the money, it is about helping you reach your goals.

All coaching plans include the following:

  • Training Plan delivered via TrainingPeaks Premium Account
  • Analysis of all training metrics (HR/Power/speed, etc)

 

Espoir

$50/month, flexible if required.

This is a coaching plan for the self-motivated athlete for a fairly regular schedule. If you are the kind of athlete who does the schedule each week, logs their workouts this is for you. In short: you are an athlete who is easy to coach.

In addition to what is included with all coaching this ‘plan’ offers the following:

  • Weekly training plan adjustments

 

Elite

$75/month, flexible if required.

For the athlete who wants a little bit more direction, wants to push the envelope a little more (requires more contact and more changes) or simply has a schedule that is complex and changes more often.

In addition to what is included with all coaching this ‘plan’ offers the following:

  • Daily Training Plan adjustments as needed
  • Unlimited athlete initiated contact with coach via email or phone
  • Race tactics discussion before races and and after

 

Pro

$150/month, flexible if required.

This is simply even more hands on than the elite level. People just starting racing can benefit from this, just starting working with their coach, or those looking to absolutely push the limits of what they can do.

  • Daily Training Plan adjustments as needed
  • Unlimited athlete initiated contact with coach via email or phone
  • Planned weekly discussions via phone/skype
  • Detailed pre and post race tactics discussion and analysis, power analysis for the TT course before TT’s

 

Consulting

$40 for first hour and $25 for each additional hour

Some athlete’s prefer to build their own schedules, want a second look over what they have been doing, or some advice on moving forward, need help with race tactics. This is for those athlete’s, first fee is higher to take into consideration my time looking over data files and information before the scheduled consultation. Please contact me for more information.
