Cadence Coaching offers sports &  fitness coaching services for ages 10 to adult that will help you become a better athlete, achieve better performances or get in great shape. We coach triathlon, running, swimming, cycling, strength training, weight loss and youth running and strength programs.

$60/hour ONE SESSION OR 2, 30MIN SESSIONS

  • Designed for the self-managed athlete who needs to discuss specific aspects of their training, get feedback, ask questions, and check-in with a coach on their own.
  • Hourly consults can be broken into two 30min sessions

  • Designed for the self-managed athlete who needs to discuss specific aspects of their training, get feedback, ask questions, and check-in with a coach on their own.
  • Hourly consults can be broken into two 30min sessions
  • A $50 credit will be applied if a monthly plan of at least 4 months is activated.
  • Athletes can email prior to phone or video consult so the coach has topics of interest in advance and can prepare to answer all questions.

Enjoy getting stronger and more fit in the space of your choice: your home, beach, park etc.  Trainers come to you with strength, functional and agility equipment.  You can also use this session for a gait analysis, body composition, swim form/lessons, swimming dryland trainin
